NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

September 2022 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m. on September 15, 2022.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A HYBRID MEETING AND THE NUMBER OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE LIMITED BASED ON AVAILABLE SPACE WHICH PERMITS SOCIAL DISTANCING.  ONCE THE CAPACITY LIMIT IS MET, ALL OTHERS PARTICIPATING WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE A VIRTUAL OPTION. 

  The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 23, 2022
  3. Financial Matters:
    • Monthly Financial Report
  1. Committee/Staff Reports:
    • ADA Paratransit Services
    • Administration/Operations
    • CRCOG Transportation Committee
  2. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board

Persons attending the meeting should take appropriate steps to mitigate the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus, including but not limited to wearing of protective masks and practicing social distancing.  Meetings are held at the Transit District in the Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.  The meeting room is located on the 1st floor north side of building in the District offices.
