NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

November 2025 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025 in the Conference Room of the District’s offices at One Union Place, Hartford, CT. Please note that this is a hybrid meeting.

     The Agenda will include:

  1. Review of the draft Annual Comprehensive Financial Report – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025.
  2. Review of the draft Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit reports – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025.
  3. Review of Audit Committee Communications – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025.
  4. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
