NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

November 2020 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet remotely by way of “Go-To-Meeting” on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 5:30PM.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Review of the draft Comprehensive Annual Financial report – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2020.
  2. Review of the draft Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit Reports – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2020.
  3. Review of Audit Committee Communications – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2020.
  4. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
