November 2017 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m., November 9, 2017  IN THE 1ST FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM AT THE DISTRICT’S ADA PARATRANSIT OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE FACILITY, 148 ROBERTS STREET, EAST HARTFORD, CT

The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 14, 2017
  3. Approval of Board Meeting dates for the upcoming 2018 calendar year
  4. Financial Matters:

    • Public Hearing on Revised FY 2017 (Per Audit) Budget and Revised FY2018 Budgets
    • Presentation of FY2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Federal Single Audit Report and State Single Audit Report by BlumShapiro.
    • Acceptance of FY2017 Audit Reports
  5. Committee/Staff Reports:
    • ADA Paratransit
    • Administration/Operations
    • CRCOG Transportation Committee & Policy Board Meetings

     6.   Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Board.
