May 2019 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that theAnnual Meeting of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be held at 7:00 p.m.onThursday, May 23, 2019, in the Conference Roomat the District’soffices, One Union Place, Hartford, CT. The Conference Roomis located on the north side of the first floorof the building.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 14, 2019
  3. Financial/Budget Related Items:
    • Consideration of Monthly Financial Report
    • Presentation of and publichearingon the District’s itemized revenue and expenditure estimates for the Fiscal Year 2020
    • Consideration of adoption of a motionapproving and authorizing the publication of a report of the District’s: (1) Fiscal Year 2019itemized revenues and expenditures, (2) Fiscal Year 2020itemized revenue and expenditure estimates, and (3) excess of revenues over/under expendituresas ofthe close of Fiscal Year 2019
