NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the
"District") will be convened at 7:00 p.m. March 2, 2006 at the Transit District Training and Conference Center in the Union Station Transportation Center, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. Enter the Training and Conference Center off the North Exit from the Great Hall.

The Agenda will include:

1. Public Forum.

2. Consideration of Adopting Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 5, 2006.

3. Financial Matters:

a. Monthly Financial Report (To be distributed and presented at the Board Meeting).

4. Program Presentations:

a. General Operations & Updates (Vicki Shotland)

b. Paratransit Program Update (Pat Williams)

c. CRCOG Transportation Committee Report (Vicki Shotland)

5. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Board.
