NOTICE OF RECESSED MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the "District") scheduled for 7:00 p.m. June 1, 2006 at the Transit District in the Union Station Transportation Center, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut will be convened at that time and date and immediately recessed until 7:00 p.m., June 8, 2006 where it will be held at the Transit District in the Union Station Transportation Center, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.
