NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the
"District") will be convened at 7:00 p.m. January 5, 2006 at the Transit District Training and Conference Center in the Union Station Transportation Center, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. Enter the Training and Conference Center off the North Exit from the Great Hall.

The Agenda will include:

1. Public Forum.

2. Consideration of Adopting Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 8, 2005.

3. Financial Matters:

a. Audit Committee Report (Gil Bourgoin)
b. Reed Risteen (Blum Shapiro) to present 2005 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
c. Reed Risteen (Blum Shapiro) to present 2005 State & Federal Single Audit Reports.
d. Monthly Financial Report (To be distributed and presented at the Board Meeting).

4. Program Presentations:

a. General Operations (Vicki Shotland)

b. Paratransit Program Update. (Pat Williams)

c. Parking Update (Jennifer Cassidy)

5. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Board.
