NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the
"District") will be convened at 6:00 p.m., December 14, 2006 in the Multipurpose Room
of the Greater Hartford Transit District at Union Station, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.

The Agenda will include:

2. Consideration of Adopting Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 2, 2006.
