NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

The Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will meet on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 9:00am in the Transit District's 1st Floor Multipurpose Room (north side of facility), One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

The Agenda will include:

1. Discussion of proposals from firms responding to the Request For
   Proposals for Auditing Services-RFP No-GHTD-08-(AUDIT)-1
2. Consideration of the staff recommendation for audit services.
3. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
