NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

The Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District  (the “District”) will meet on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 4:30 pm in the Transit District’s First Floor Multipurpose Room (north side of facility), One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.    

The Agenda will include: 

1.  Discussion of upcoming 2007 Fiscal Year End Audit.  

2.  Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
