NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMITTEE MEETING
SPRUCE STREET PARKING SHORT TERM PARKING RATE 

Notice is hereby given that the Committee empowered to consider adopting a short-term parking rate at the Spruce Street Parking Facility will hold a public hearing at 4:00  p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2008 in the Transit District’ Multipurpose Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut TO OBTAIN PUBLIC COMMENT ON A Proposed short-term parking rate of fifty cents ($.50) for any vehicle parked for thirty (30) minutes or less in the Spruce Street Parking Lot.  

Following the hearing, the Committee will hold a meeting at the same location. 

The Meeting Agenda will include: 

1.    Consideration of Adopting Proposed short term parking rate. 

2.    Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
