NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PANEL MEETING
SPRUCE STREET PARKING SHORT TERM PARKING RATE

Notice is hereby given that the Panel empowered to consider adopting a short-term parking rate at the Spruce Street Parking Facility will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2009 in the Transit District’s Multipurpose Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut TO OBTAIN PUBLIC COMMENT ON a Proposed short-term parking rate of one dollar and seventy five cents ($1.75) for any vehicle parked for thirty (30) minutes or less in the Spruce Street Parking Lot.

Following the hearing, the Panel will hold a meeting at the same location.
