Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 6:15 p.m. in the Offices of the Greater Hartford Transit District, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.

1. Fiscal Year 2010 Audit Scope of Work and Timeline

2. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
