NOTICE OF AUDIT
COMMITTEE MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Offices of the Greater Hartford Transit District, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. 

The Agenda will include:

1.         Fiscal Year 2009 Audit Scope of Work and Timeline      

2.         Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
