NOTICE OF AUDIT
COMMITTEE MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet Monday, December 11, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. in the Offices of the Greater Hartford Transit District, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.

The Agenda will include:

1. Review of the Certified Annual Financial Report of the District representative of the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2006.

2. Review of the Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit Reports representative of the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2006.

3. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
